Who you're buying from

What the founding pack is

A one-time purchase of $29 (USD) for five AI skills in the open SKILL.md format: Product Listing Writer, Customer Support Replier, Abandoned Cart Email Sequence, Weekly Sales Report and Product Page SEO Audit. You receive them as a zip file by email, with a worked example for each and install steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor. Founding buyers also get updates to these five skills by email. It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again.

We email the pack within 24–48 hours of your purchase. If it hasn't arrived after 48 hours, email us and we will send it or refund you in full. Platform test results for each skill are published in the test log on our homepage.

What you need

The skills run inside an AI tool you already use and pay for (if it's a paid plan). We don't provide AI access, and your AI provider's terms apply to how you use it. Features and file-upload options differ by platform and plan — see the install guides and the test log on our homepage before you buy.

Licence

You may use the skills in your own business and edit them for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the skill files, in original or modified form.

Refunds

If you're not happy with the pack, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

AI output is a draft

The skills tell your AI what to produce; they don't guarantee the result. AI tools can make mistakes. Review everything before you publish it, send it to a customer or import it into your store — especially prices, product claims, policy wording and anything legal, medical or safety-related. You are responsible for the content you publish.

No affiliation

AltStack AI is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Anysphere (Cursor). Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the founding pack is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. The terms that applied when you bought are the ones that govern your purchase.
