Privacy

The short version

We collect your email address, and — only if you buy — the details Stripe needs to process your payment. We count page visits with cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't identify you. We don't use tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your data for advertising.

Who we are

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, and which page you signed up from.
• Founding pack purchase: your email address, the amount and currency paid, the payment status, and a Stripe checkout reference. Your card details go straight to Stripe — they never reach our servers.
• Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.

We don't collect anything else. The skills themselves run inside your own AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor); the product listings, customer messages or sales data you paste into them never pass through us.

Why we use it

• To deliver the founding pack and its updates to the email you bought with.
• To tell waitlist members when the pack (or a related product) is available.
• To keep the purchase records we are legally required to keep.
• To answer you when you write to us.

Who processes it for us

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the checkout page.
• Supabase — the database that stores waitlist and order records.
• Vercel — website hosting.

These providers may store data outside your country.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, referrers, country and device type. It sets no cookies and doesn't collect your email, IP-based identifiers or anything that identifies you personally. Fonts are served from our own domain. Stripe's checkout page, which opens only when you choose to buy, sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails: until you ask us to remove you.
• Purchase records: 6 years, for tax and accounting.

Your choices

Email hello@altstackai.com to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days. Purchase records we must keep by law are the only exception.

Changes

If we start collecting something new — for example, if we add accounts or analytics — we'll update this page and the date at the top before we do.
